
Adult Therapy
Alongside perinatal work, I provide therapy for adults facing:
• Anxiety and persistent worry
• Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
• Low mood or depression
• Trauma and difficult past experiences
• Post traumatic stress disorder
• Eating disorders
• Relationship or attachment difficulties
• Life transitions or feeling stuck
• Perfectionism
Together, we will build a shared understanding of your experiences, exploring patterns, relationships, and past influences. We then gently work on ways forward using evidence-based approaches including:
• Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT)
• Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
• Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT)
• Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
Sessions are flexible, paced to your needs, and delivered online for accessibility.
