ABOUT ME

At the heart of my work is a genuine interest in understanding you as a whole person; your experiences, relationships, and the patterns that may have developed over time. Often, our coping strategies make sense in context, even if they no longer feel helpful.
People often describe me as warm, approachable, and easy to talk to. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel at ease being yourself.
I have 20 years of experience in NHS mental health services and private practice and I am currently working as Lead Psychologist in a perinatal mental health team. I have also worked in adult mental health services and CAMHS. Alongside professional experience, I bring my own perspective as a parent, understanding the joys, challenges, and complexities that parenthood can bring.
My approach is both integrative and collaborative. Rather than relying on a single method, I draw from a range of evidence-based therapies and adapt them to suit your individual needs. Whether you already have a preferred approach or are unsure where to start, I will listen carefully to your experiences, and together we will choose methods that feel both effective and meaningful to you.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, feel heard, and explore practical ways to move forward.
